1. Purpose
This policy sets out the rules for using Slatewick products (DispensePad, VetPad, DentalPad, CarePad, KitchenPad, SitePad, NurseryPad, ClinicPad, and HomePad). It supplements our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content
Do not use the service to generate, store, or distribute content that is:
- Illegal under the laws of England and Wales or the jurisdiction where you operate
- Harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
- Fraudulent or deliberately misleading
- In violation of any person's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights
3. AI output responsibility
Do not share AI-generated outputs as if they were independently authored professional advice without proper review. Every AI-generated document is a draft. It must be reviewed, edited if necessary, and approved by a qualified professional before it is used in any official capacity.
Do not submit AI-generated documents to regulators, insurers, or patients/clients without the sign-off of the responsible professional.
4. Data handling
- Do not upload patient, client, or service user data beyond what is necessary for the compliance documentation you are creating.
- Do not enter NHS numbers, National Insurance numbers, or other government identifiers into free-text fields unless specifically required by the document type.
- Do not upload sensitive personal data (as defined by UK GDPR Article 9) unless it is necessary for the compliance record you are creating (for example, health data in a clinical consultation note).
5. Security
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, authentication, or rate limits.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without written permission.
- Do not share login credentials outside your organisation.
- Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service unless we have provided an API for that purpose.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organisations.
6. Service integrity
- Do not use automated tools to bulk-extract data from the service beyond the CSV export functionality we provide.
- Do not deliberately overload the service with excessive requests.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models, prompts, or source code used by the service.
- Do not resell, sublicence, or redistribute the service or its outputs without written permission.
7. Billing integrity
- Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or obtain multiple free tier allocations for the same organisation.
- Do not use the service under a plan that does not match your actual usage level.
8. Reporting vulnerabilities
If you discover a security vulnerability in the service, please report it responsibly to security@slatewick.co.uk. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a timeline for resolution. We will not take legal action against researchers who report vulnerabilities in good faith.
9. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. In cases of serious or repeated violation, we may terminate access immediately without notice.
Where we become aware of potentially illegal activity, we may be required to report it to the relevant authorities.
