What are the CDM 2015 duties and who holds them?
CDM 2015 places legal duties on four named roles: the client, the principal designer, the principal contractor, and contractors. Any project with more than one contractor triggers appointment of the latter two in writing.
What must be in a construction phase plan?
The construction phase plan must describe how health and safety will be managed during construction: site rules, arrangements for managing significant risks, welfare facilities, and emergency procedures. It must exist before construction begins, not as a formality added after work has started.

What are the Building Safety Act gateway requirements?

What must a RAMS document for construction contain?
A RAMS (risk assessment and method statement) must describe the hazards of a specific activity, assess the risk, specify the control measures, and set out the safe working method step by step. It must be written for the specific task and site, not copied from a generic template unchanged.
